Collapse Games: Free Online Same-Game Puzzles
Collapse games have no swap. You click a group of touching pieces of the same colour and the whole group disappears at once; everything above drops into the hole, colours meet that were nowhere near each other a moment ago, and the board you had just finished reading is gone. It is a different puzzle from match 3, and the scoring makes the difference matter: a clear pays by the size of the group, so one large group is worth far more than two small ones.
Why Patience Beats Speed Here
Because the board rearranges itself after every clear, the cost of a hasty click is not the points you gave up — it is the shape you destroyed. A small group taken now often splits a colour that was one move away from joining into something twice the size. Good collapse play looks slow and slightly boring: you leave obvious groups alone, clear from the bottom to let the drop do the work, and take the big group only once nothing else will grow it.
