The original animal version is not available here, so the game running on this page is Block Collapse Challenge by Lof Games — a similar tap-a-group collapse mechanic, with coloured blocks instead of animals.

The whole game sits on one decision: which group to take next. Blocks of the same colour that touch horizontally or vertically form a group, and a single click collapses the lot. Everything above drops into the gap, colours meet that were nowhere near each other a second ago, and the board you were reading is gone.

Scoring rewards patience. A collapse pays out by the size of the group, so two small clears will never match one large one. The status line along the bottom shows the projected score for whatever group you have selected, which turns the board into something you can actually calculate rather than guess at. Waiting one move to join two clusters into one is usually worth more than clearing both separately.

Progress is saved, so a board you walked away from is still there when you come back — and a score you are not happy with is always worth one more run.

1. Look for colours that touch each other horizontally or vertically — diagonals do not connect.
2. Select a group and read the projected score at the bottom before you commit.
3. Clear from the bottom where you can: blocks falling from above will often extend a group you have already spotted.
4. Leave one colour thin on purpose. A single stray block is easy to strand, and stranded blocks cost you the end-of-board bonus.

The projected-score readout is the whole strategy in one number. Before clicking, hover a second group and compare — the difference between a five-block clear and an eight-block clear grows fast, and a board played for size rather than speed finishes far higher.
