Mystic Sea Treasures

Mystic Sea Treasures is a short, plain treasure hunt on the seabed. There is no companion, no chapter map and no daily calendar — a board, symbols to line up, and a treasure at the end of it.

What it does carry is a set of magical effects collected during play and then released onto the field. Collecting a tool and choosing when to spend it is a slower loop than having boosters handed out per level, and it makes the middle of a run feel like it is building toward something.

This is one of the smaller games on the shelf and it makes sense to treat it that way: a board to finish in a sitting rather than a list to return to for weeks. The lack of scaffolding that makes it feel slight also makes it the easiest thing here to just open and play.

Controls

Click or tap two bordering tiles to swap their positions.

How to Play

  1. Swap two bordering tiles to line up three of the same symbol.
  2. Collect the magical effects the board hands out.
  3. Release an effect when the field is crowded rather than when it is open.
  4. Work toward uncovering the treasure at the end of the run.

Tips & Tricks

Effects are collected, not refilled each level. Spending one to save three moves early leaves you without it at the point where the board actually gets tight.
