Candy Time

Candy Time is a connect game rather than a swap game: you draw a path across matching sweets and release, and the whole chain leaves the field. Because the path is yours to choose, the board rewards looking further than the nearest pair.

The bonus rule is what shapes play. Chains of four or five identical sweets leave a bonus candy behind, so the difference between a three and a four is not incremental — it is the difference between clearing pieces and gaining a tool. Anyone playing this efficiently spends most of their attention on whether a chain can be stretched by one more.

Score thresholds gate the levels, so the aim is promotion rather than survival, and a run ends when you stop climbing rather than when the board defeats you.

1. Find sweets of the same kind sitting next to each other.
2. Press and drag across at least three to connect them, then release to clear.
3. Stretch chains to four or five whenever the path allows — that is what produces a bonus candy.
4. Reach the score threshold to promote to the next level.

Trace the full path with your eye before pressing. A chain abandoned halfway clears nothing, and on a board where four-chains pay bonuses, the habit of checking one square further is worth more than fast fingers.
