Sea Rush gives every level the same simple brief: there are fish scattered across it, and none of them get out until you clear a way. Matching groups is how you do it, and the colours of the ocean floor are the material you work with.
Because the fish are placed rather than random, the levels read as small puzzles instead of open boards. A fish tucked behind a column needs a specific sequence, and the difference between a comfortable clear and a failed one is usually whether you spotted that sequence before spending moves elsewhere.
The art does a lot of the work — deep colours, plenty of movement in the water — and the rescues give each level a small, satisfying ending rather than a number.
