Eighty levels, a winter palette, and a game that states its expectation outright: quick thinking and planned moves. Jewels swap, three or more in a row or column clear, and a match of four or more does more than simply remove pieces.

The modest level count is what makes planning pay. A thousand-board run absorbs a bad stretch without noticing; eighty boards do not, and each one is meant to be solved rather than survived. So the habit of reading the grid before touching it returns value on the same level rather than eventually.

Cool colours keep the jewels distinct against the snow, and the pacing suits a single evening — long enough to feel like a proper run, short enough that finishing it is a realistic ambition rather than a theoretical one.

1. Look at the whole board before the first swap — the game is built around planning.
2. Swap two neighbours to match three or more jewels in a row or column.
3. Reach for four or more where the board allows; it does more than a plain clear.
4. Work through all eighty levels.

With only eighty boards, a level lost is a real cost. When two matches look equal, take the one that leaves more colours mixed — a board sorted into neat blocks runs out of moves faster than it looks like it will.
