Ball Sort Xmas
Festive tubes to untangle: one colour per tube, and no clearing at all.

Nothing on this board disappears. Balls sit stacked in tubes, you move the top one across, and success means every tube ends up holding a single colour — a tidying problem rather than a matching one, dressed for the season.
Its difficulty lives in a rule that sounds harmless: a ball may only go onto its own colour or into an empty tube. Empty tubes are therefore capital, and most losses are spending decisions rather than mistakes of perception. You can see the whole board at all times; what you cannot always see is which pour costs you your last free slot.
Because everything is visible, a stuck position is genuinely stuck rather than unlucky — and a solved one gives the specific satisfaction of a knot coming apart. That is the whole appeal of the format, and the Christmas colours make the stacks a little easier to read than the Halloween edition’s monsters.
Controls
Tap the tube you take from, then the tube you pour into.
How to Play
- Study the stacks before your first pour — nothing is hidden.
- Tap a source tube, then a destination, to move the top ball.
- Pour only onto matching colour or into empty space.
- Protect your empty tubes; they are the only thing keeping moves legal.
Tips & Tricks
Work out where a colour will finally live before you start moving it. Shifting the same balls between three tubes is how these boards run out of moves, and it always feels like progress right up until it doesn't.
