Toy Match 2 is the second sequel in its little series and it leans on presentation: soft toy-box art, animation that reacts to every clear, and a soundtrack that does not grate after twenty minutes. The board underneath is a match-3, and it plays clean — swap two neighbours, line up three or more, let the pieces fall.

The scale is the headline. There are more than twenty-five hundred levels, which is far beyond what anyone finishes in one sitting, so the game is built around returning: daily missions and challenges are waiting each time you come back, and quests such as the Treasure Hunt run across several sessions rather than one.

That makes it a different proposition from a score-chase board. Progress is the point, and the levels are tuned so that a stuck one is usually followed by three easy ones — enough to keep the run moving without the difficulty ever really biting.

1. Swap two adjacent toys to line up three or more of the same kind.
2. Check what the level is asking for before spending moves — goals change as the run goes on.
3. Pick up the daily missions and challenges each session; they are the fastest source of rewards.
4. Start the Treasure Hunt quest when it appears and keep chipping at it across sessions.

With a level list this long there is no reason to grind a wall. If a level has beaten you three times, spend the daily mission rewards on it rather than your patience — the run is designed around coming back, not around forcing a single board.
