Two things separate this board from the usual shooter, and both change how you play it. The first is the clearing rule: you match two or more bubbles of one colour with the ball you shoot to remove them, so a pair is already a target and single strays are the only truly dead spots on the board.

The second is the foul. A shot that detonates nothing counts against you, and once fouls accumulate a new line appears at the top, pushing the whole mass closer. The board therefore punishes volume rather than caution — firing quickly at whatever is nearest is exactly how a comfortable position becomes a losing one.

Scoring follows the same logic: the more bubbles you bring down in one shot, the more the shot is worth, so patience pays twice over.

1. Look for a pair of your colour — two is enough to clear here.
2. Aim for clusters that hold others up so the whole hanging group comes down.
3. Avoid shots that detonate nothing: fouls add a new line at the top.
4. Bounce off the walls to reach the sides without wasting a shot.

Treat a doubtful shot as a cost, not a gamble. Because fouls add rows, a turn spent doing nothing is worse than a turn spent taking a small pair — when no big group is reachable, take the pair.
